Umbreon is a popular choice for a supporting Pokémon in Scarlet and Violet Tera Raids that require more strategy to defeat an opponent.
Umbreon in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Tera Raids is a Pokémon used for supporting other players. Along with cheering, Umbreon strengthens the attack of other Pokémon using Helping Hand while simultaneously stopping opponents from activating their ability with Skill Swap. Additionally, the fan-favorite Pokémon has enough bulk to last many turns if it is not up against a Fighting-, Bug-, or Fairy-type Pokémon. When trainers see an Umbreon on their loading screen, they will see a supporter that can make a huge difference in Tera Raids.
There are three ways to find Umbreon for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Tera Raids. The first is traditionally leveling up an Eevee at night and max its friendship which is easier when finding and using a Soothe Bell in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. To catch an Eevee, look for Outbreaks near the town of Cortondo.
The second way to obtain an Umbreon is through Dark-type Sandwiches in South Province (Area Six), Dalizapa Passage, and North Province (Area Three). Finally, the third way of obtaining an Umbreon in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet is by raiding for it. However, be advised when doing this raid because Umbreon always has the move Foul Play, able to one-shot any strong physical attacker.
Nature Mints, Hyper Training, and Effort Values for Umbreon

Turn by Turn Umbreon Tera Raids
According to PokéTuber Osirus, Umbreon is popular due to its large move sets and defensive stats. To use Umbreon as one of the best supporters for Tera Raids in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, make sure to have attacking Pokémon alongside it. On Turn 1, Umbreon should begin by Skill Swapping or Screeching depending on the graveness of the ability that it is facing. For example, Annihilape, the new evolution of Primape, has the ability Defiant which raises attack every time any stat is lowered. By Skill Swapping out Defiant, Annihilape is less likely to one-shot any Pokémon. On Turn 2, Screech lowers the opposing Pokémon’s Defense by 2 points. After lowering the opponent’s Defense, use Helping Hand to unleash a powerful attack.
